Becoming an early riser week 1

Inspired by a couple of articles at StevePavlina.com, I’ve started a Becoming an early riser project which I hope will change one of my worst habits. His methods seemed to make sense so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s now been one week and here’s my story so far.


Mission impossible? Becoming an early riser

I’ve always been a get up late stay up late person. I really like sleeping until noon and staying up until 4 in morning. The only problem is that this cycle doesn’t really sync with the rest of the world. And I’ve decided this has to change. But is it even possible?
